Frequently Asked Questions About Nutritional Therapy

Q. Who are nutritional therapists? How are they different from dietitians?

Nutritional therapists (like me) focus on finding the root causes of health issues and use food, lifestyle, exercise, and supplements to support overall wellbeing or manage chronic conditions. I often work alongside GPs and doctors. Dietitians usually focus mainly on food as a tool to manage health and diseases.

Q. What happens at nutritional consultation?

First consultation is about you and your health goals. We will look at your health history, medications, food and daily routines. We’ll create tailored plan with practical steps to help you improve your wellbeing and reach your goals. Learn what’s included in a session or package on Services page.

Q. What are your fees? Do you offer personalized nutrition plans?

Fees depend on your needs and the type of support you choose — from report explanations to 1:1 consultations or packages. Check the Services page for full pricing and options.

Q How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your goals. For simple changes, like improving your diet, 2 sessions may be enough. For chronic health issues, a consultation package is usually best. Book a free clarity talk to find what support will be best for you.

Many people notice changes within a few weeks. The exact time depends on your health goals, medical history, and consistency in following your nutrition plan. Following your plan — and letting me know if something isn’t working — helps you get the best results.

Q. What if cannot follow the nutritional plan, don’t like the food or exercise you told me to do?
