Why am I doing this?
I believe that feeling good about your body and health are part of feeling happy. Every one of us deserves to feel happy.
I see many women looking after everyone around and not leaving time nor space for themselves, wondering why their body feels heavy and different. I see many women trying to eat better and move more to get rid of that heavy feeling, but struggling to keep up.
I'm guilty in this too. I spent years looking after people and building career, watching my body struggle and my health decline. I tried to eat better and exercise, giving up up and starting again, desperately trying to make all this wellbeing thing work in little time and space I had, until my body finally gave up, forcing me to take a long break. Looking for the change, I learned nutritional therapy and used this knowledge to rebuild my health. I started to feel calmer, happier.
That's why I'm on the mission to help other women to feel comfortable, confident, happier about own body and health.
Do I need to travel? No, our sessions are online via zoom, to save you travel time
Will I have to give up diary, coffee and my favorite foods? Gluten and coffee may not work for everyone, but everyone is different. You don't necessarily have to give them up.
How often will we meet up? The sessions are flexible, can be spread 2-4 weeks apart, as you need. We can meet up more often if you feel like you need more support or space out our meetings in you feel like you are on track and keeping well.
