Why am I doing this?

I believe that feeling good about your body and confident about your everyday health are part of feeling happy. Every one of us deserves to feel happy.

I see many successful and driven women getting through the day, not knowing how to change the way they feel or telling themselves they don't have time for this. I see many women trying to eat and move better, without knowing their body fully, struggling to bring on  the change they want and giving up.

 

I'm guilty in this too. In past 18 years I built my career and then businesses, without giving my body and my health proper attention. I felt successful and achieving, but  pushing through, watching my body struggle and my health decline. I tried to eat better and exercise, giving up up and starting again, feeling annoyed, not knowing how to make all this wellbeing thing work with zero spare time I had.

Until I completely exhausted my resources and could not push through any more.

Then I decided to do different thing: instead of blindly trying to rebuild my health and hoping for the best, I learnt science of nutrition, power of coaching and power of my mindset.

Combining these  I found the right strategy which worked for me and helped me to change my health and my life in the way I wanted. And it feels so good. 

That's why I'm on the mission to help driven, achieving, women get their health where they want. To feel comfortable, confident, happy about own body and health.

Do I need to prepare or do blood tests before I start wellbeing program? No preparation needed, you ca start right away

How do I know which program is right for me? Book a free call and talk to me. The programs are designed to meet you where you are now and grow with you. At our free call we will talk about what do you want or struggle with, where you are now. Based on these we will choose the best support for you.

I'm worried that you will ask me to give up all my favorite foods and drinks.. Don't worry, the wellbeing programs is not about perfection. We will work together to make your health path as smooth and enjoyable as possible

How often will we meet up? The sessions are flexible, can be spread 2-4 weeks apart, as you need. We can meet up more often if you feel like you need more support or space out our meetings in you feel like you are on track and keeping well.

What if I have a question, but our next meet up is not due yet? You can message me on your portal. I answer messages in my normal working hours.
