About Vera Jackson Nutrition
I set up Vera Jackson Nutrition with one aim: help women worrying about own health to improve it and feel more confident about everyday food and habits choices.
I am a woman marking the start of my 40's, who got through many health challenges. Hormonal problems from early 20's, fibroid which almost killed me at 34, pre-diabetes at 36.. Thinking about what's next became dreadful at that point.
I refused to give up, I knew there was a way to restore my health balance. Nutritional Therapy was this way for me.
It helped me to understand what was driving my health down the hill and change it for the better.
Based in Ashford (Kent), I help women locally and around all UK to:
