Why am I doing this?
I believe that feeling good in your body and confident about health are part of feeling happy. You deserve to feel happy.

I see many women looking after everyone around and not leaving time nor space for themselves, wondering why their body feels heavy and different. I see many women trying to eat better and move more to get rid of that heavy feeling, but struggling to keep up.
​​
I'm guilty in this too. I spent years looking after people and building career, watching my body struggle and my health decline. I tried to eat better and exercise, but it didn't feel right and brough no relief. Looking for the change, I learned nutritional therapy and used this knowledge to rebuild my health. I started to feel calmer, happier about my health.​
​
That's why I'm on the mission to help other women to feel confident in own body, calmer happier about own health.
