What is nutritional therapy and how can it help me?

Nutritional therapy is complimentary therapy, helping you to find causes of health issues and improve your health by changing your food, sleep, daily movement, stress handling. Nutritional therapist can help to connect the dots and find root causes of your complaints and improve your health. Where are your nutritional consultations located?

I'm based in Ashford, Kent. My nutritional therapy consultations are done online, via video chat (zoom or google meets). So you can have a consultation at the comfort of your own home.

Why do I feel tired all the time, even if I sleep 8 hours?

Feeling tired often, or having low energy in the afternoon is often linked to blood sugar imbalance.  Your body converts glucose from food you eat into energy, keeping you energized and focused. Steady blood sugar = steady energy all day. When your body struggles to keep the sugar balance, amount of energy you make falls, leaving you feeling exhausted.

Why do I feel sleepy after eating?

This can happen if you have blood sugar imbalance, making your cells struggle to produce energy.  Digesting a meal needs energy, and if your cells are not making enough energy, digesting food can make you fee tired, low, sleepy. If you feel sleepy and tired after meals,

Why am I gaining weight even if I’m not eating much?

If your blood sugar is out of balance,  your body may store more fat, even if your calorie intake hasn’t increased. Women over 40 often notice weight increase, even if food they eat haven't changed.
