Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Vera Jackson Nutrition we understand that plans can change. The following policy helps ensure fair scheduling for all clients.

Appointments

All individual (1:1) appointments are delivered online, via zoom or Google meets. Please ensure prior to appointment you have a convenient, quiet place where you privacy can be protected. Is not advisable that you join your online appointment while in a public place (this is to ensure your data privacy and confidentiality). Please ensure you have stable, adequate internet connection for your online appointment to happen.

Appointment Cancellation

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled (changing date and / or time of your appointment) with at least 48 hours notice.

48 hour notice is counted prior to the date and time of your appointment due to start.

If less than 48 hours notice is given:​

  • The full appointment fee will be charged.

Missed Appointments

If you do not attend your appointment and have not provided cancellation and /or rescheduling notice, the appointment will be treated as a missed appointment and is non-refundable.

Lateness to Appointments
Is best to arrive early and be available 15 minutes before your appointment is due to start.

After appointment has started, if client is not present AND no cancellation notice or lateness notice was given, a buffer of 15 minutes will be applied, starting from the first minute of the appointment. If the client does not arrive / becomes suitably available within the buffer time, appointment will be marked as No Show and deemed as delivered.

If on the day of your appointment you find that you will be late for your appointment, please contact me via messaging to +447428815352 as soon as possible.

Appointments started late will still finish on time. This is to respect other clients and appointments due on the day.

If you are late for your appointment for  more than 20 minutes, your appointment will be terminated and marked as No Show. This is to respect the time needed to address your health and wellbeing fully and without rushing.

No Show Appointments.

All No Show appointments are marked as delivered, with no refund given. If a No Show / missed appointment is part of the package purchased by client, the fee of No Show appointment will deducted from total package cost.

Refunds

Refunds may be provided in the following situations:

  • Appointment cancelled more than 48 hours in advance (from date, hour and minute appointment is due to start)

  • Appointments cancelled by the practitioner (you will be notified of cancellation via email as much in advance as possible)

  • Technical issues from practitioner's side preventing the consultation from taking place (you will be notified of cancellation via email as much in advance as possible)

Refunds will usually be processed within 5 business days.

Packaged Programs Bookings and Refunds
  • If you require a follow up appointment or purchased a packaged program, please book each subsequent (follow up) appointment no later than 3 months from the previous appointment. If you require more time between your appointments, please discuss it with practitioner via emailing hello@vera-jackson-nutrition.co.uk

  • In case packaged program was purchased, one or more appointments were delivered and no follow up appointments booked within 3 months and practitioner was not asked to extend 3 months buffer, the package will deemed as fully delivered and no refunds will be given. This is to preserve the effect of nutritional interventions on your health and respect your health needs.

  • Please book the follow up appointments as soon as possible, to avoid disappointment, appointments capacity is limited.

  • Refunds for unused sessions of a packaged program will be offered at the practitioner’s discretion. 

  • Completed, missed and no show consultations from a packaged program are non-refundable.

Practitioner Cancellation

Life happens, and sometimes your appointment will need to be cancelled by a practitioner of Vera Jackson Nutrition. In the unlikely event practitioner needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be given as much notice as possible.

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered:

  • A new appointment time, or

  • A full refund.

All appointments cancellations and rescheduling (changing appointment time and / or date) are  done via email.
