I'm Vera, nutritional therapist and women's wellness expert, helping busy, achieving, hardworking women to stop worrying about own health and start feeling happier about it.
I worked in the busy office world and owned and built my own businesses from scratch for last 18 years, investing my time and pouring energy into higher heights, better targets, more success.
One thing I didn't do though was investing energy into looking after my own health, until this health broke in many places. I had to stop and take a long time off to repair my body and re-think my business way. And, although it was not an easy time, it got me into nutritional therapy and taught me the importance of looking after own health, as well as cherishing business.
I get it, building your dream needs a lot of your energy, time, dedication. Is so easy to take an hour off your sleep, have an easy snack instead of a meal, or finish writing emails instead of having a walk. And it seems like not a big deal for some short time.
Think of this: if you keep living like this, skipping your health for 12 months, where would your body and health be in 12 months? And in 5 years?
You are the pillar supporting your business and work success. Your energy, your physical and emotional wellness are extremely important to keep your success happening.
