Helping overwhelmed, run-down women to feel balanced and recharged.
I'm Vera, nutritional therapist, helping overwhelmed women regain energy, calm their mind, build resilience to everyday life pressures with tailored nutrition, mindful lifestyle changes and calming breathwork.
It's easy to accept feeling tired as "normal". When life is full of work, family and endless responsibilities, it's tempting to keep pushing through tiredness to get things done.
But tiredness and low energy don't need to become your normal.
You can live your life, work and care for your family, while feeling energized, calm and resilient, feeling good in your body and mind.
Because feeling good is essential part of happiness, and you deserve to be happy!
Feeling good in your body and in your mind is not about chasing the latest fitness trends or trying to always "be good" with your food. Is about listening and understanding what your body needs to stay well.

Why I became nutritional therapist, helping women to thrive?
Every day I see many women juggling work and family planning, thinking, solving problems, feeling overwhelmed with endless things to-do lists, looking after everyone around while placing own wellness at the bottom of the list.
For a long time I did this too. I worked hard, looked after family, ticked the boxes every day, still planning while laying in bed at night. My own physical and mental health became something I would "think about later"—when work was quieter, life was less busy, or there was finally more time.
That was going on until my physical health started slipping, leaving me scared and anxious about the future.
That's how I started my journey into nutritional therapy, mindfulness and breathwork, learning about powerful connection between the food we eat, the way we live and how we feel every day.
The more I learned, the more I realized that many women accept feeling tired, overwhelmed and always stressed as part of their life.
I don't believe it has to be that way.
I became a nutritional therapist to help women feel good in own body and mind, supporting long-term health with sustainable, practical changes.
I don't believe in quick fixes to support health. I believe in practical changes that fit into your life, helping you to feel good in your body and in your mind.
My approach to helping you
There isn't a one-size-fits-all solution to low energy, fatigue and stress. Every woman has a unique story, different health challenges and a lifestyle that deserves to be considered.
As an online nutritional therapist, I combine personalized nutrition, evidence-informed recommendations (based on current scientific research), mindful lifestyle strategies to help you change how you feel.
We'll draw your health map, look at your wellness goals, explore your nutrition, sleep, stress, to create a tailored plan, helping you to reach your health goals and improve how you feel.
This plan is always personalized and unique, designed to fit into your life.
My aim isn't to overwhelm you with too many strict rules or unrealistic expectations. Instead, I'll help you make achievable, lasting changes that support your energy, improve sleep, calm anxiety and overwhelm, improving stress resilience and overall wellbeing.
