Nutritional therapy is a personalized, approach to health that uses nutrition and lifestyle changes to support the body's natural healing processes.  It recognizes link between your nutrition, diet, lifestyle factors and your health and vitality and be used to manage a variety of health concerns and optimize vitality and overall wellbeing.

Nutritional Therapy takes “whole-body and “person-centered” approach, meaning every person is unique and requires unique dietary and lifestyle changes; whole body approach means all organs work is assessed as one single organism, where imbalance in one organ can trigger imbalance in others.

Your first consultation is normally longer and includes an in-depth health and lifestyle review, dietary analysis, discussing and setting health goals. Follow-up sessions track progress, adjust plans, and provide ongoing support.

Q. Will I have to follow a strict diet?

No. We work together to create a sustainable plan that fits your lifestyle and preferences. It’s not about perfection—it’s about progress.

Q. Do I have to travel to you for a consultation?

No need to travel, my consultations are held online via secure video call, so you can access support from the comfort of your home.

Q. Will I have to do tests and take supplements?

Sometimes, but only when necessary. Testing will be generally done if more clarification is needed, some people will not need additional tests. If you do need a test, I will refer you to GP testing where possible to avoid extra costs. Any supplement recommendations are tailored and based on your individual needs, your budget, lifestyle, and lab results (if you have them).

Amount of sessions varies depending on your health goals and health concerns. Some people see improvements after a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support. I have different health packages to suit different needs.
