What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional therapy is a personalized (unique for every person) approach to health that uses nutrition and lifestyle changes to support the body's natural healing and optimize wellbeing. 

As a Nutritional Therapist I work with food AND lifestyle: sleep, exercise, mental health and stress management, everyday habits influencing your wellbeing.

Nutritional Therapy takes “whole-body and “person-centered” approach, meaning every person is unique and requires unique dietary and lifestyle changes; whole body approach means all organs work is assessed as one single organism, where imbalance in one organ can trigger imbalance in others.

What support does Nutritional Therapy offer?

Nutritional Therapist offers support with various health conditions, as well as tips and guidance on healthy eating and lifestyle. Chronic diseases as diabetes and autoimmune conditions, digestive issues, low energy and chronic fatigue, hormonal imbalances, poor sleep, allergies  can be supported with Nutritional Therapy.

During nutritional consultation we will take a deep dive in your health history, food you eat, and lifestyle habits you have, your food preferences, likes and dislikes.  As result you will get your own unique, sustainable diet and lifestyle strategy, to support your journey to wellbeing.

Yes, food and eating well is big part of Nutrition. Nutritional Therapy is not limited by eating, it is about good sleep, balanced energy, lifestyle habits that let you thrive. Nutritional Therapy looks at your health goals from many angles and combines them all in your unique transformation.

Q. Do you only help people with sleep, fatigue and energy?

Not only. I offer transformation and support to people with blood glucose control issues, sleep struggles, hormonal imbalances, digestive troubles and IBS. Whether you are looking to eat better, improve energy, digestion, sleep or strengthen immunity, I surely can support you.

Q. Can I come to you with my test results looking for explanation?

Sure. I offer test results clarity session, focused on making your test results and what they mean to you - clear and easy to understand. The session includes your support plan steps - drawn for you and based on your test results and your needs and goals.

Q. Will I have to follow a strict diet?

No. We work together to create a sustainable plan that fits your lifestyle and preferences. It’s not about perfection—it’s about progress.

Q. Do I have to travel to you for a consultation?

No need to travel, my consultations are held online via secure video call, so you can access private 1:1 support from me at the comfort of your home.

Q. Will I have to do tests and take supplements?

Sometimes, but only when necessary. Testing will be generally done if more clarification is needed, some people will not need additional tests. If you do need a test, I will refer you to GP testing where possible to avoid extra costs. Any supplement recommendations are tailored and based on your individual needs, your budget, lifestyle, and lab results (if you have them).
