Cancellation Policy

Please book initial and follow up appointments early to avoid disappointment. Please book your follow up consultation no later than 6 weeks from the previous one, to ensure your progress is not lost. All appointments are paid in advance, online. Cancellation and / or rescheduling of any appointment must be done no later than 48 hours before appointment is due.
